From the first tread into Grade Nursery at Burdwan Holy Child School we try to mould the character and mental attitude of our children, instill basic principles of life in them and nurture their individual capabilities to the fullest. BHCS bestows holistic education, immense learning experiences and other academic quests through the most innovative and progressive ways. The students of our school are making their mark not only in academics but also in the field of sports, arts, etc. Our endeavour is to maintain a perfect harmony between the school curriculum and the extra-curricular activities. We truly believe that our education should now move from knowledge to skills, from competition to co-operation.

We aim at making our students capable enough to be self-directed and self-managed individuals who can confront the challenges of life. It is a matter of great pride to let you all know that we have grown stronger day by day in academics. The Times Now School Rankings of 2024 has ranked our school as the No 1 School in Burdwan District, Ranked 17th in the State of West Bengal and Ranked 23rd in the Eastern Region. Last year our school have been conferred with five prestigious awards in different segments like Best school Award in Academics, Principal of the Year award for Excellence in School Development, Best School in West Bengal for providing affordable and quality education. Also our school has achieved the 3rd position in the District as per the survey of The Times of India, which was published in the newspaper as well and our school has been ranked in the 8th position in India by the Indian Educational Excellence for imparting the best education to the children. Recently, our school has been recognized as the Best School for imparting quality education from The Hindustan Times.
